Recovery Movie Night

The Recovery Action Network of Michigan (RANMI) invites you to our upcoming Movie Night!

Join us on Friday, April 24 from 6:00–9:00 PM for an evening of entertainment, connection, and community. Snacks will be provided. This is a relaxed, recovery‑friendly space open to all—come as you are and enjoy the night with us.

Rooted In Recovery: Creative Paths to Mindfulness Workshop

Rooted in Recovery is an interactive workshop designed for individuals in recovery and peer support professionals to explore the healing power of mindfulness through creativity. This experience blends guided meditation and education on mindfulness practices with hands-on creative expression.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in activities such as painting, drawing, journaling, and clay work—discovering new ways to stay present, reduce stress, and support their recovery journey. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and connect.

This workshop offers a welcoming, supportive environment where creativity becomes a pathway to self-awareness, grounding, and personal growth.

Women’s Recovery Book Club

Join us for our Women’s Recovery Book Club—a supportive, connection-centered space for women in recovery to gather, reflect, and grow through shared reading and discussion. Our next meeting will take place May 31st at 5PM, and we’ll be reading The Dictionary of Lost Words by Pip Williams.

This group welcomes women across all pathways of recovery and offers a relaxed, judgment-free environment to explore themes, share perspectives, and build community. Whether you love to read or are simply looking for meaningful connection, you’re welcome here.
