Renew and Release: Setting Intentions for Growth in Recovery Workshop

Join us for a reflective and experiential workshop designed to support renewal, clarity, and personal growth. Taking place on the Lunar New Year and New Moon—powerful times for new beginnings—participants are guided through meditation, journaling, and a symbolic “letting go” ceremony to release what no longer serves them.
This workshop invites participants to slow down, reflect on their recovery journey, and intentionally set goals that support growth, resilience, and alignment with their values. Through intention-setting practices, attendees explore what they are ready to release and what they wish to cultivate in the year ahead.
Rooted in RANMI’s peer-led, trauma-informed approach and inclusive of multiple pathways of recovery, this workshop offers meaningful practices that participants can carry forward—both personally and, for peer professionals, in recovery support work with others.

The Recovery Action Network of Michigan (RANMI) invites you to our upcoming Movie Night!
Join us on Friday, February 27 from 6:00–9:00 PM for an evening of entertainment, connection, and community. Snacks will be provided. This is a relaxed, recovery‑friendly space open to all—come as you are and enjoy the night with us.
